Membership
and admission.

Who can become a member?

Membership is reserved for legally established chambers of commerce or equivalent chamber entities with at least two years of active operation, a representative business base and democratic governing bodies. Applicants must be independent of direct government, political-party or religious control and accept the Statutes, Code of Ethics, regulations and financial obligations.

Does chamber size affect voting rights?

No. Each member chamber has one vote in the General Assembly, regardless of its size, income or contribution.

How can businesses and partners participate?

Businesses can engage through their chambers and the programs developed by the network. Partners may contribute through cooperation agreements and projects, without membership governance rights.

How does admission work?

1. Application: submit a written request and supporting documentation.
2. Technical review: the Executive Directorate verifies requirements within a maximum of 30 business days.
3. Decision: the Board of Directors approves membership by simple majority.
4. Integration: the chamber joins the network and the General Assembly is informed. Contact the coordinating team to begin.
